You do not need to book or know your NHS number. You must have some photo ID.
Vaccinations will be available from 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm at Elgar House in Hereford.
Slots also available for anyone who had an AstraZeneca vaccine at least 8 weeks ago and need a second jab.
