Plans to extend a GP surgery in Hay-on-Wye have been given the green light by councillors.
Hay Medical Centre will extended its current surgery with four new consultation rooms.
A new record store will also be built at the site in Forest Road.
The existing building will also be refurbished since it was built in 1998.
