A young boy is being treated in hospital after falling into the River Wye in Hereford.
Police say the four-year-old boy was rescued from the River near to Outfall Works Road in Rotherwas.
A cordon was put in place while the child was being treated at the scene by emergency services.
The boy has been airlifted to Hereford County Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
