A drink driver was arrested by Gwent Police in Abergavenny yesterday.
Officers made at the arrest at McDonald's in Llanfoist.
The driver blew 108 on the roadside breath test.
The force says they were alerted by a member of the public who noticed his poor driving and prevented him driving further.
