Police in Hereford would like to speak with the man pictured as he could have important information to assist officers investigating reports of a woman being followed in three locations across the city.
The first incident is reported to have happened on Tuesday 25 July around 6pm near to Three Elms Road, with the second incident taking place on Saturday 29 July at 1.30pm near to Grandstand Road.
The third incident is believed to have taken place near the Rose Gardens on Ledbury Road at around 1.30pm on Monday 21 August, when a man approached the woman before riding off on his bicycle.
Officers appreciate the images are of low resolution, but if you recognise the man pictured or have any information please contact West Mercia Police on 101, referencing incident 435s of 30 July.
