Police are appealing for witnesses to a two vehicle collision near Hereford.
It happened at the junction of the A49 and the B4348 road around 4.45pm on Friday (10 November).
A VW Kombi van was turning onto the A49 from the B4348 and a Peugeot 307 was travelling north on the A49 towards Hereford when the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Peugeot suffered minor facial injuries while a passenger - a woman in her 70s - was also taken to hospital. No-one else was injured.
Enquiries are currently ongoing but police would like to speak with any witnesses to the incident or people who saw the vehicles and the manner in which they were being driven prior to the collision.
