Details have emerged of how a 16-home development in a Herefordshire town is likely to look.
Outline permission for the scheme at Merrivale Lane, Ross-on-Wye, was granted last December.
Butler Wall Homes of Pontypool has now submitted for approval its designs for the homes, their layout and landscaping, on what is currently a paddock south of the town centre.
These show solar panels on the roofs of the four detached and six semi-detached two-storey properties. All would be accessed via a single new junction with Merrivale Lane.
A planting plan also shows a small “grass public open space with shrubs, meadow and bulbs” at the centre of the development, as well as specimen tree, shrub and hedge planting. There would also be a drainage pond in the lower southeast corner of the site.
The planning application, numbered 222729, can be commented on until October 14.
