No parking signs and an object which looks like a CCTV camera illegally attached to a Hereford lamppost will be removed, council officials say.
The device and signs on Mansbridge Avenue have been put up by someone who does not want the cul-de-sac used by people dropping off Hereford County Hospital workers.
The unofficial sign reads: “No dropping off in this area.
“No waiting for hospital staff.
“Your vehicle is currently being CCTV recorded.
“A £100 penalty will be enforced.”
However, Herefordshire Council has confirmed the signs and item are not legal and officers will remove them in due course.
“The illegal signs and item mounted on the lamppost will be removed within the next five working days,” a spokesman said.
