Police have launched an investigation after a 'stranger danger' incident was reported in Hereford.
The incident happened on Friday afternoon when a student from Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School was approached by a man driving a van.
Officers say the man was wearing black clothing, black facemask and was driving a black transit van.
The school says the student safely returned to school and was collected by their parents.
In a letter sent to parents, Deputy Headteacher Pete Gibbins said: "This matter has been reported to the police and investigations are ongoing. I would like to reassure you that the student safely returned to school where their parents collected them."
West Mercia Police have launched an investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call 101 or contact through the force website.
