A charity fashion show at Oakchurch on Monday raised a staggering £2,725 for the Little Princess Trust.
More than 200 people attended the fashion show.
“We were absolutely delighted with the turnout.” said Oakchurch owner, Nick Price.
“This time we were raising funds for Little Princess Trust, a locally based charity that provides real hair wigs for children suffering with hair loss, not just in Herefordshire but all over the country A very worthy cause indeed.”
“The grand total of £2,725 includes over £750 raised from the raffle that we held on the day and is sufficient to purchase a further five wigs for sick children.”
“Needless to say, we’d like to give our most grateful thanks to everyone for their support, to those who came along to the shows, and to our staff, customers, family and friend who took to the catwalk as our models and helped to organise the event.”
Plans are already underway for the next charity fashion show in the Spring.
