A man has been charged in connection with a vulnerable man who was found in Herefordshire in 2015.
Simon Hayes, aged 52 of Henlade, Taunton, was charged on Friday with one count of perverting the course of justice and three counts of fraud. He was arrested on 14 April 2016.
He will appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on 25 April 2018.
