An Abergavenny man who went on-the-run after the death of a woman on his speedboat has handed himself in to police in Georgia.
31-year-old Jack Shepherd was jailed for six years last summer - after Charlotte Brown died in 2015.
They'd been on a first date when the 24-year-old was thrown into the River Thames.
