Police and the Bomb Squad have been called to the Rotherwas Industrial Estate in Hereford,
It follows the discovery of an unexploded grenade.
As a precaution, a cordon is in place and surrounding properties have been evacuated whilst Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operators respond and make the items safe.
UPDATE: The hand grenade discovered at Rotherwas Industrial Estate in Hereford earlier today has now been made safe by experts from Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
The cordon has now been removed and those evacuated have returned to their properties.
