Police have released a CCTV image of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with an incident in Hereford.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured due to an incident that took place on Barrs Court Road on Thursday 1st February at around 1pm.
A spokesman said: "We appreciate that the quality of the image is not great, however this is all we have to work with at this stage."
The person is described as a white male, possibly of Eastern European decent, in his 50-60's with brown to blond hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
