Police say they have now identified the woman and she has been returned home.
Police said the elderly woman entered the County Hospital in Hereford at around 4pm yesterday without any identification, and isn’t able to recall who she is or where she is from.
She’s described as white and around 80-years-old. She has short grey hair and is wearing a grey t-shirt with a cream jacket and a blue denim skirt, and was carrying a black handbag.
Whilst enquiries are ongoing, anyone that is able to identify this lady is asked to call 101 quoting incident 407 i of 16 May.
