Police are appealing for help in tracing the whereabouts of a woman who has gone missing from Lydney.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who has seen 56-year-old Jayne, after her car was discovered close to the M48 Severn Bridge towards Aust this morning.
They are concerned for her welfare and would particularly like to speak to anybody who saw a black Ford S-Max Zetec, registration WU10 XNP, in the area shortly before 6am or who may have seen a woman using one of the footpaths nearby.
Jayne is described as being white, 5ft 9in in height and of stocky build. She has blonde hair and walks with a limp.
Anyone with information about Jayne's location should call 101, quoting incident 52 of 21 September. If seen at the time of calling, please contact 999.
