UPDATE: Martyn Cavanagh from Hereford has been found safe and well.

~~He was last seen leaving his home today at around 1pm on Clarksons Lane.~~

~~Martyn, 40 is described as white, 5ft 10ins of an athletic build with dark hair, a long fringe and stubble.~~

~~He was wearing a bright white hoodie with a black circle design on it, light coloured slim jeans and possibly wearing a dark beanie hat or white and black baseball cap.~~

~~Anyone with information on Martyn's whereabouts is urged to contact 101 immediately.~~
