Police are appealing for information following a disturbance in Brynmawr on Monday evening.
The incident happened outside a property on Heol Onen at around 8.30pm.
A 54-year-old man from Brynmawr was arrested on suspicion of affray. He remains in police custody at this time.
Officers are asking anyone who was in the area at the time, who may have witnessed the disturbance, to contact them.
