Officers from West Mercia Police are appealing for witnesses or information following a fatal collision that happened on Saturday.
The incident took place around 6:25pm, when silver VW Transporter and a pedestrian were in collision on the A465 towards Stoke Lacey just past the junction with the B4214 towards Bishops Frome.
The vehicle was travelling from Bromyard in the direction of Stoke Lacey.
The pedestrian, a 19 year old man, suffered serious injuries and was treated by helimed doctors and paramedics at the scene, but later died at the scene.
Investigating officer, PC Mark Bullingham, said: "We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed what happened, or who may have seen the man prior to the incident.
"Our thoughts are with his family, and we ask for their privacy to be respected at this difficult time."
