Gwent Police are appealing for information after a 58-year-old woman had her bag snatched at approximately 5.20am on Monday 7th August on Belmont Road in Abergavenny.
The suspect is described as being of slim build, approximately 5‘11” and was wearing a red jacket and dark trousers.
He snatched the bag, which was a fabric shopping bag and contained keys and bank cards, before running towards Fosterville Crescent.
