Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Ross-on-Wye town centre on Wednesday.
At around 1.50pm there was an altercation between two men. A man approached a BMW car on Broad Street, before verbally assaulting the occupants.
There was then a physical altercation between the man and a man in the vehicle in the street, near to WHSmiths.
