Developers want to demolish a disused office block near Hereford and replace it with affordable homes.
JHD Solutions Limited representatives have submitted plans to Herefordshire Council for a mixture of one to three bed homes on the former Allpay site next to Central Park off Dean Pool in Kingstone.
Architects working on the scheme say the five homes will reflect the local setting and will be made of a variety of traditional brick and stone and will have simple roof lines.
Residents have until November 14 to comment on the scheme which is expected to be considered by December 6.
