A man who robbed an elderly woman in Monmouthshire has been jailed.
Shane Holder grabbed the victim's handbag and ripped her mobile phone from her hand when she was knocked to the ground following the attack in Abergavenny.
He committed the offence whilst on court bail for terrorising three teenagers seven months before on the town’s Old Hereford Road.
The 25-year-old was jailed for three years and nine months and made the subject of a restraining order not to contact the victim of the robbery.
