INSIDE OUT: Full Time Traffic Management / General Operatives

Job Description

• Inside-Out is a local family run business looking for Full Time Traffic Management / General Operatives to join our growing team. Duties are varied and include general highways works, the installation / recovery of traffic management systems such as temporary traffic lights, stop/go boards, full road closure / diversions and emergency works. The role involves lots of lifting / moving of signs and equipment therefore candidates must be fit enough to carry out this type of work.

Job Location

• Operatives will be required to work from our Hereford Depot with work to be undertaken throughout the county.

Successful candidates must:

• Hold a valid 12D Traffic Management qualification
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Have a full clean driving license and be confident driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle
• Be flexible as hours may vary due to the nature of work
• Be reliable, organised and punctual with a proactive attitude towards work
• Be polite, have good communication skills with a positive attitude towards colleagues, clients and members of the public
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Full training can be provided for the right candidate
