Police are investigating the theft of a black VW Golf on Wednesday.
At approximately 2pm, a black VW Golf appeared to loose control in the area of Stanmore, Bridgnorth, and ended up in a ditch.
Two unidentified black males got out of the car, fortunately both were unharmed.
Within a few minutes a second vehicle, a black Ford Focus, attended the area and picked up the two men. The car drove off towards the A454 then went out of view in the direction of Wolverhampton.
Officers were deployed to the scene and arrived shortly after the second car had left. Full checks were conducted on the vehicle that appeared to have been abandoned and it soon became apparent that it had been reported stolen from the West Midlands area.
